At present, many printed materials are electronic manuscripts designed and produced by customers or advertising companies. Due to their incomplete understanding of the printing process, they often produce manuscripts that can not meet the requirements of the printing process. Take the series of printing with the same screen structure as an example, because of the different printing materials used, the printing color will vary greatly. That is, the paper plate (White Board Material) and the Paper Cup (single-sided PE coated paper) , both of which are printed by the same offset printing process, have less ink absorption because of the good surface smoothness of the white board material, while the surface of single-sided PE coated paper is relatively rough, the ink absorption is larger, using the two materials to print the same screen structure, the color difference will be larger, generally single-sided PE coated paper printing color is significantly lighter than White Board paper, depending on the amount of ink, pressure adjustment often can not be better to overcome the material printing performance differences caused by the color problem. Generally through seihan design will be printed on one side of PE coated paper, the main color dot area to adjust a bit larger, in order to make printing color close. Therefore, when receiving a series of prints with the same screen layout and different printing materials, we must first carefully analyze the layout of the original manuscript and the characteristics of the printing materials, and then determine a reasonable design scheme for plate-making, that is to say, according to the glossiness of materials and the ink absorption of printing, the dot area of a product should be adjusted reasonably to ensure that the colors printed by different materials are similar.
